June new home sales rise 11% percent

Fastest Increase In More Than Eight Years

I read a very interesting article today that home sales in june were on the rise ( 11% ), WOW that's a huge increate in one month.
It seems that people are taking advantage of low price, low interest rates and the 2009 Buyers Tax Credit.

With this combination I don't see how anyone could go wrong buying a house right now.
